Lead Qualification Program

Business Problem:

A national healthcare company needed to quickly grow its physician network.  The traditional method of recruiting physicians was to blanket a geographical area with contracts and  cover letters. Interested physicians would sign the contract and send it back to the company. This was an expensive recruitment effort, since the cost for each mailed contract was between $2.50 and $5.00 just for postage.

Andrew’s Solution:

Andrews created a personalized micro Web site and utilized Persistent Uniform Resource Locator (PURL) technology. This allowed the client to accomplish several things: track the effectiveness of the direct mail message, get answers to survey questions, allow physicians to download contracts that pertained specifically to their practice (the download link would populate their PURL by type of practice) and it also provided the healthcare company's representative's direct contact info to the physican.

Results:

This technology, allowed the company to contact a large number of prospects cost effectively.  It collected pre-qualifying information that was used for follow-up and trended frequent questions and comments. None of this information was captured by the mass mailing utilized in the past.
